Dallas, Texas (Commutable from: Fort Worth, McKinney, Irving, Midlothian, Greenville, Arlington, Denton, Mansfield)
$20-$23ph + Paid overtime (x1.5) + 401k + Dental + Vision + Medical + Life insurance + PTO + Holidays

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Technician from a building background, wanting to further their knowledge and looking for lots of overtime to skyrocket your earning potential.
The Role:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure the proper and functioning operation of facility related items, such as, lights, HVAC units, refrigeration units, dock doors, employee doors and other areas as needed
- Work closely with other team members and departments to support facility-related needs and projects
The Candidate:
- Facility maintenance experience
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
- Experienced with HVAC, electrical and plumbing
