$65,000 - $75,000 (Paid Bi-Weekly)

The Role:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Hands-on maintenance across facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and more.
- Operate and maintain equipment like mowers and tractors to support facility upkeep.
- Support project work, repairs, and preventative maintenance across the facility.
The Person:
- Experienced in facility maintenance, construction, or general repairs.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems and email communication.
- Looking to grow their career, stepping up into a supervisory position.
