Field Electrician (Training in Solar)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training in Solar + Progression + Holiday + Pension

This company are a leading operations and maintenance contractor within the solar sector. They are seeing a period of impressive growth having established themselves as a leader in the industry. Due to this ongoing growth they are looking to bring in an additional Field Service Engineer to join the team.
As part of the field service team, you will travel to different solar farms across the UK so must be willing to stay away from home during the week. You will be involved in the installation, upgrade, planned servicing, and repair work to a range of industrial scale solar equipment and plant. The business is happy to offer full industry training in solar equipment. For a qualified electrician you will be supported through, high voltage, AP, SAP and solar specific training courses. The role will be Monday to Friday day hours as standard a 1 in 3 call out rota for weekends and with the option for additional overtime to boost earnings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician or electrical engineer to gain a whole new skill set within the solar sector, including training up to Senior Authorised Person level.
The Role:
*Monday to Friday days based role with on call rota and overtime available
*Traveling across the UK with stay aways required
*Planned maintenance and service work
*SAP, HV, and Solar specific training

*Electrical qualifications
*Open to any background including domestic or static site based experience
