$70,000 - $100,000

This hugely successful company work on a variety of interesting projects within the Industrial Mechanical sector and due to further exciting growth plans and already-in-motion projects - are now looking for someone to step up into a Field Service Supervisor / Manager role.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to shape the Field Service department, focusing on compliance and safety, overseeing technical specifications, helping organize project schedules and much more in this interesting, diverse and rewarding role!
This position would suit someone from a Field Service background, with supervisory or leadership experience looking to step up into management.
The role:
- Oversee Field Service activities and work closely with the Project Management teams
- Liaise with customers, work with proposals, cost and scheduling
- Oversee compliance on projects, with a heavy focus on safety
- Travel to customer sites
The person:
- Mechanical Field Service background
- Looking to progress into management (with some supervisory or leadership experience already)
- Understanding of blueprints (able to teach more Junior Field Service Techs)
- Familiar with OSHA standards
