Field Service Technician
Midland, Texas (Commutable from: Odessa, South Texas, New Mexico)
$25 - $30 per hour (OTE: 100k per year) + Progression into Management + Premium rates of Overtime + Benefits + Company Vehicle + Paid Fuel Allowance + Pay per Diem

You will use innovative technology with the goal of fracking efficiently. You will carry out rig ups and rig downs, monitor progress and relay to customers.
This role will suit an Oil and Gas Field Technician looking for no ceiling for further progression and maximize earnings whilst working in a forward-thinking working environment.
The Role:
- 100k OTE and progression
- Rig ups and rig downs
- On-site frac watching
- Willingness to travel long distances within remote locations
- Provide technical assistance to team members and customers
The Person:
- Understanding of oil and gas industry
- Field service experience an advantage
