Field Service Technician

Are you a Field Technician, from a manufacturing background, who speaks both Spanish and English, looking to join a company offering lots of training and technical development?
On offer is a highly varied role, where you will be out and about visiting customer sites and working on state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global specialist, with a growing customer base across the US and Mexico. They are known for their high retention rate and have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff with dedicated training programs for new starters and continued skill development.
You will primarily be traveling throughout the US, but also covering customer plants in Mexico and Costa Rica. All expenses are paid, including travel time, which means plenty of overtime pay available.
This role will suit a Field Service Technician with mechanical and electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, looking to join a stable and growing business with fantastic training opportunities to significantly progress your career.
The Role:
- Traveling to customer sites throughout the USA (70%) and Mexico and Costa Rica (30%)
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and testing of their equipment
- Working on electrical and mechanical systems
- Lots of training provided and plenty of overtime opportunities
- Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week guaranteed (plus overtime on top)
The Person:
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Previous experience within a field based role
- Manufacturing background (any experience within packaging, food processing, robotics or CPG machinery would be highly advantageous)
- Must be able to speak and communicate well in both English and Spanish
