Financial Controller (Manufacturing)
Zlin, Zlin Region
Up to 120,000 CZK per month + Bonus + Holiday + Local Benefits + Training
Excellent opportunity for a finance professional from a manufacturing background market to join a rapidly growing, global company who specialise in recession proof products that can provide an autonomous job with scope for you to grow in your role.
This company have existed for more than 100 years and are leaders within their field. They have seen an increase in demand for their products and as a result are looking to grow at one of their key manufacturing locations in Czechia by recruiting a Financial Controller to work alongside to the Plant Manager and help optimise and develop the site from an operational and financial level.
The role will see you working on site in Zlin working closely with the CFO and Plant Manager. You will be developing overall operations with a view to financial improvement and performance management based on key performance indicators. You will ensure outputs for both internal and external stakeholders are met and be driving decisions based on data.
The person will come a manufacturing background with strong experience in financial management and optimising operations. You will need to be local to the site in Zlin and also be able to speak both Czech and English to a professional level.
