Are you a Fire risk assessor looking for your position with this award winning housing association that have exciting growth strategies over the next 5 years and are going from strength to strength?

This market leading company are one of the largest housing associations in the UK and now due to continuing success, they are set to become the largest developer of new homes in the UK, managing over 250,000 homes across London and the South East. Due to ongoing work and an abundance of new properties secured, they now require a Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team on a permanent basis as part of their Fire Team.

You will be responsible for performing risk assessments on residential properties and sleeping risk environments, this will include both low and high rise residential properties such as sheltered accommodation, community centers and more.

The ideal candidate will hold a FDIS (fire door inspection scheme) Level 3 qualification and upwards, and have substantial experience conducting FRA's. Residential / sleeping risk environments experience is essential.

The Role:
*Fire Risk Assessor
Conducting FRA's
Good working knowledge of building regulations
-Ensure policy and procedures are delivered in line with statutory obligations
- Working in and around London

The Candidate:
* Hold a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment Qualification
-Social Housing experience
* Experience of working in Social Housing, High Rise, Residential properties
-Driving License
