Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer
$120,000 - $200,000 + Equity + Flexible PTO

Are you a skilled Full-Stack Engineer seeking a pivotal role in a dynamic AI-driven start-up, with a strong client base in a position that holds significant equity?
On offer is the opportunity to get on board a forward-thinking start-up working directly with the founding team, in a role with significant equity prior to the full product launch.
My client is an AI startup enhancing private capital evaluation efficiency, enabling faster and more effective deal processing, and is gaining momentum quickly among private equity and VC firms. They are already secured their first major clients (totalling billions in AUM), with more soon to follow.
In this role, you will work directly with the founders to continue to build out product features across both the front and back-end, utilising TypeScript, NextJS, React and Python, as well as AWS, GCP, or Azure. You'll manage long-term projects, using TypeScript, NextJS, Python, and cloud platforms to build secure, scalable systems.
This role would suit a senior engineer aiming to work in a fast-growing AI fintech start-up, working at the forefront of innovation in a hyper-focused team, whilst benefiting from a generous portion of equity.
The Role:
- Develop scalable, secure web solutions
- Enhance backend infrastructure using cloud platforms
- Implement secure authentication and API design
- Lead impactful projects in a fast-paced environment
The Candidate:
- 5+ years in software engineering
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Python
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Prior experience working in a startup environment
