As an FP&A Manager, you will be the 'go-to' person for advising management and the C-suite on key decisions, handling forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. You'll also help non-financial stakeholders understand financial implications, using tools like GAAP/IFRS, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and financial data analysis platforms.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong financial background who is eager to contribute to an early-stage company and play a vital role in building a solid financial foundation for success.
The Role:
*Prepare, analyze and interpret financial data to advise the business on key decision
*Extract data from performance reports and identify trends and areas for continuous improvement
*Cross function collaboration involving reporting across several leadership departments and non- financial stakeholders
The Person:
*BS in Finance, Accounting or Economics
*Exceptional understanding of GAAP/IFRS
*Previous experience with managing ERP Systems
*Looking for success and career progression in a startup environment
