Looking to continue their growth and remain at the top of their industry, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Operations Engineer to join their highly skilled team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager, with administrative, organisational and business management tasks and preparation of analyses and evaluations to support decision-making. The successful candidate will be supported with on-boarding training to get up to speed in the role, before having the opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility in the future.
This role would suit somebody who has successfully completed studies in engineering, with a keen interest in the aviation or space industry.
The role:
* Supporting the management in administrative, organizational and business management tasks
* Taking on independent (sub-)projects and special tasks
* Preparation of analyses and evaluations to support decision-making
* Professional coordination and preparation of meetings, business trips and customer visits
* Participation in the strategic and conceptual development
* Takeover and independent fleet and insurance management collaboration with specialists and managers
* Creation and preparation of presentations, reports and minutes
* Preparation and organization of internal and external workshops and training courses
The Person:
* Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Analytical thinking skills and a structured and goal-oriented way of working affinity for technical and entrepreneurial issues
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2)
