Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to join an industry leading construction subcontractor, hoping to kick-start your construction career with fantastic training whilst working on exciting commercial projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is for a well-established water/sewer utility construction subcontractor, highly respected in the commercial sector. They pride themselves on the supportive and collaborative environment in which graduates build the industry experience required for a rewarding career as a Project Manager. As the go-to subcontractor in their sector, they work on projects including Data Centers, Warehouses, Schools, Churches and Gyms. They are now expanding the Project Management department to ensure they can continue their growth by taking on more and more opportunity over the next few years.

In this role you will be entrusted to take a project from the beginning and see it through to completion. Scheduling, budgeting, sourcing materials and developing plans whilst working closely with the leadership team is fundamental to success in this role.

This role would ideally suit a graduate with a construction background who is looking for the opportunity to impact DFW's future infrastructure with the desire to work for a company that are renowned for their essential services

The Role

  • Maintain budgets, scheduling, procurement and quotations
  • Reading, developing and developing plans and timelines
  • Ensure clear lines of communication with other PMs, Leadership, Owners and General Contractors
  • $65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus + Training + Career Progression + 401(k) + Company Truck (with Toll Pad) + Fuel Card + Other Benefits

The Person

  • Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Willingness to learn and be taught
  • Looking for a long term, stable role with an industry leader
