Grid Connection Specialist - Renewables
The role is based in Hamburg - rare travel
Mostly office based work (3-4 days a week in office / 1-2 days a week from home)
€80,000 - €90,000 + Possible Bonus Scheme + 30 days Holiday + Progression Opportunities

This role would suit someone with Grid Connection knowledge and experience within the Renewables sector.
The Role:
- Manage the grid connection process for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and DNO requirements.
- Liaise with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to secure grid capacity and negotiate connection agreements.
- Mostly an office based role (3-4 days a week in office / 1-2 days a week from home) with maximum 1 day per month travelling
The Person:
- Must have Grid Connection experience and knowledge within Renewables
- Battery Storage knowledge would be a distinct advantage though this is not essential
- Understanding of grid regulations, technical aspects of power systems, and connection processes
- Excellent German communication skills
