Hybrid - Open to candidates from Hertfordshire, Luton, Bedford, Cambridge, Oxford, Northampton and surrounding areas

£55,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid Working + Optional 9 Day Working Fortnight + Progression + Pension Scheme + Company Benefits + 25 days Holiday

The company specialize in the servicing and installations of bespoke machinery in the fire and security industry. from Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control. Due to a continuous increase in business, they are looking for experienced Groups Key Account Manager to help manage key accounts and continue to grow their customer base.

The role will see the candidate lead and manage the key accounts team to ensure the delivery of company sales targets for existing customers while developing a new clientele. The candidate will also support the group sales director with production, delivery and ongoing monitoring to help adjust new sales strategies in order to meet company objectives. Working alongside the director to manage account and client allocations will also be a part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have sales and account management experience within the fire and security industry. With knowledge of fire and security systems.
