HR Director (Progression to VP and Executive Roles)
$120,000-$150,000 + 20% Annual Bonus + Full Relocation Package + 401(k) Match + Comprehensive Benefits
Biloxi, MS (Commutable from: Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Mobile, New Orleans)

The Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's HR strategies, policies, and systems
  • Build and scale the HR team and manage all employee-related functions, including workforce development and engagement
  • Work with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and company culture
