$120,000-$150,000 + 20% Annual Bonus + Full Relocation Package + 401(k) Match + Comprehensive Benefits

Are you an experienced HR leader looking for the opportunity to shape and scale a business's HR function from the ground up?

The Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's HR strategies, policies, and systems
- Build and scale the HR team and manage all employee-related functions, including workforce development and engagement
- Work with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and company culture
