In this position you will work collaboratively with the HR Manager to create and implement new ideas for positive change across the HR function. You will be the point of contact for benefit enquiries, workers compensation, payroll support, assist with new hire orientation, respond to employee request and address any issues, maintain and manage employee records, collecting hours for staff payroll and assist with recruitment.

The Position:
* Operate autonomously across a variety of key HR functions across the business
* Responsible for, new hire orientation, workers compensation, HR administration, payroll support, benefit enquiries and manage employee records
* Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday's (12:00)
* Opportunity to bring new, innovative ideas and implement positive change
The Person:
* Proven track record in Human Resources (5+ years experience)
* Must be bilingual with English & Spanish
* Good attention to detail with effective communication skills
