Are you a HR Manager or Senior Generalist that is looking to take the next step in your career where you will be given the opportunity to undergo specialist training and learning to oversee a large group of people and lead your own team.

The Role
- Practice strong engagement with all employees and team, demonstrating honesty and integrity
- ensuring that the day to day running of HR is to a high standard and align with all labor laws
- Assist the creation and implementation of effective training and development programs
The Person
- Human Resource Professional Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Understanding of federal and state laws and HR policies in Construction environment
