In this role, you'll report directly to the Plant Manager and lead HR strategies across the entire manufacturing plant. You'll play a key role in shaping and implementing the company culture, empowering the workforce, and overseeing the hiring process. Additionally, you'll be the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries from the labor force.
This role would suit a Human Resources Manager from any technical or engineering background looking for the opportunity to shape and grow their own department at a market leading company.
The Role:
- Provide guidance to leadership teams on HR best practices and lead key HR initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for direct labor, addressing questions related to benefits, payroll, and more.
- Play a pivotal role in the hiring process, collaborating closely with the corporate talent team to select top candidates.
