Are you a HVAC Project Manager looking to join a leading company in a senior role where you will manage large scale commercial projects?

This company are among the biggest Contractors in Houston and have been established for over 70 years with exciting expansion plans. They're looking for a Project Manager to be a spearhead the development of large HVAC projects and further their growth.
You will be responsible for handling projects after estimation, liaising with subcontractors and labour superintendents, processing purchase orders and keeping customers informed on project developments.
This role would suit a HVAC Project Manager from a commercial mechanical background, looking to take the lead on large elaborate projects, gain training and earn more through bonuses.
The Role:
- Managing large commercial projects in excess of $10M
- Coordinating subcontractors, liaising with various teams, and communicating with customers
- Lucrative performance bonus & continued development budget
The Candidate:
- Strong commercial & mechanical HVAC background
- Experience with managing large scale projects in institutions
- Ability to travel within 50mile radius when necessary
