HVAC Service Technician

$53 p/h + Training + Progression + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + PTO

Latham, NY (commutable from: Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Colonie, Saratoga Springs)

Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician from a commercial background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can progress to management and lead a high performing team?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to utilise their industry knowledge and play a key part in the HVAC servicing of a highly reputable and stable business. You will receive specialist training on in house processes and company software.

This company are an industry leading organization, with ambitious growth plans for the future! You will be met with a variety of challenges, with no working day being the same as you take advantage of this unique experience, with progression to Manager up for grabs.

You will be responsible for HVAC servicing, providing solutions to commercial customers, working on preventive maintenance and repair of heating and cooling equipment. You will also be making sure all customer and client needs are met, building and maintaining relationships with customers.

This role would suit a HVAC Service Technician from a commercial background with strong leadership experience, looking to widen their skill set and knowledge with the desire to come in and hit the ground running.

The Role:

  • Work in collaboration with a tight knit team of 6+ Technicians
  • HVAC preventative maintenance on customer products and equipment
  • Local travel using company vehicle

The Candidate:

  • Commercial HVAC background
  • Vast industry experience/knowledge
  • Ability to travel locally
