This company has been established for over 70 years and specialise in the delivery, service and install of bespoke entrance systems, lifting systems and parts for the defence, marine and commercial industries. Due to a growing workload, they are looking to hire a Industrial Field Service Engineer to assist with planned installs and reactive maintenance at an array of different industrial sites.
On offer here is a home based Industrial Field Service Engineer position where you will autonomously service and maintain a range of top-end entrance systems, aircraft hangar doors and barriers.
This role will suit a Multi-Skilled Engineer ideally with experience from either the Door, Gate, Barrier or Automation industries looking for autonomous, planned and reactive work in an outdoor environment, maintaining custom products for up-market clients.
The Role:
*Home based, planned installs and reactive maintenance on industrial and commercial entry systems
*Lots of external opportunities in the form of: workshops, meetings and external courses
*Progression to senior roles
The Candidate:
*From an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance/Door/ Gate background happy to work in a predominantly outdoor field role
*Looking to technically develop and progress
*Happy to assist with installs, fabrication etc
