$115,000 - $120,000 per year + Signing on Bonus up to $5000 + Training + Progression + 401k + Health Care Benefits


Are you an Instrumentation and Controls Technician with Lead/Supervisor experience looking to join a company who offer the opportunity to grow a team consisting of 8 - 12 employees where you will shape the future of the department?

The right individual will want to work with state of the art equipment, supervise a department on ground breaking projects and lead by example for new Technicians to learn.

In this role you will have a strong electrical background, with Management/Supervision experience and PLCs using Allen-Bradley experience. This will also include using cutting edge technology in the operation of power plant electrical equipment, carry out maintenance checks, repairs, and instrumentation. You will be an individual who is used to more responsibility, whilst balancing workload with HR tasks and supervising payroll.

This role will suit a Supervisor Instrumentation Technician looking for no ceiling into further progression and cultivate an environment which embraces teamwork and provides opportunities for growth.

The Role:

  • Supervise department in assignments for planned maintenance and repairs
  • No two days are the same, react to power outages/malfunctioning machinery
  • Clear training and progression plans made from day one for all employees
  • 6am to 4pm shift leading a team of technical experts



The Person:

  • Instrumentation and Controls experience - Relevant backgrounds would be: waste management, energy from waste, oil & gas, nuclear, pharmaceutical or similar
  • Detail-oriented person who seeks the challenge of supervising a department consisting of 8-12 people, whilst being able to complete Technician tasks also
  • Looking to join a company with structured progression to help you become an expert in the industry
