$57,000 - $67,000 + Training + Technical Progression + 401k + Medical + Holiday
Dallas, TX - Fully onsite

Do you have 1 to 3 years of commercial IT support/helpdesk experience?

Established for over 65 years, this is a long standing traditional engineering company who offer and friendly close knit work culture and have a great reputation for retaining a long term workforce.

Working closely with their IT Director, you will become their 'go to' IT person focused on supporting a small company environment consisting of about 100 onsite and some remote staff. Technology will include Hardware, Laptops, phones, networks, servers, ERP, Microsoft 2019, 365 and more.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven IT professional looking for a friendly and support environment which will allow you to finely tune your IT skills on traditional technology!

The role
* IT Support Engineer
* Become the right-hand person to the IT Director
* Supporting 100 onsite and some remote users
* Helpdesk and deskside support
* Windows, Servers, Networks, Hardware, phone, 365, Active directory, and ERP!
* Fully onsite in Dallas!
* Training offered from the IT Director

The person
* Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident status
* Must have an IT related qualification or degree
* Must have at least 1-3 years commercial IT experience
* Must have experience in Windows, Active directory and Office 365.
* Must have strong communication skills
*Able to work onsite in Dallas Monday to Friday ( 7am - 4pm)
