The Role:
*Provide technical support and training to employees both onsite and remotely.
*Manage system administration
*Support and maintain Genetec Security systems.
*Maintain IT inventory, liaise with third-party vendors, and document IT processes.
*Assist in IT project implementation and collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure improvements.

The Person:

*Strong experience in an end-user desktop support role
*Security+ certification required.
*Experience configuring and maintaining computers, peripherals, and networking hardware.
*Experience with AWS or Azure.
*Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10+, AD/M365, Exchange, SharePoint, and VPNs.
*Collaborative and eager to learn
