In this role on a daily basis this will involve tasks like providing 1st and 2nd line support for users with various levels of technical abilities on Windows 10, 11 and macOS; keeping software and hardware up-to-date; monitoring system compliance; and managing user accounts, using tools including our helpdesk system, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 1st and 2nd line support and is looking for a long term role.

This is a brilliant role for an IT support engineer to join a public sector role where you will work on interesting projects and be a vital cog in the wheel.
