Junior Building Surveyor
Manchester, occasional nationwide travel
£26,000 - £40,000 + Package + Chartership Support + Progression to Director
This is a really great opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Building Surveyor to join a growing consultancy who work on a variety of projects in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, offering full chartership support and training from experienced members of the team with clear progression up the company.

This growing consultancy specializing in building surveying and project management work within the Industrial and Commercial sector, where they work on office, retail, restaurant and warehouses projects meaning you will get exposure to a plethora of projects. Offering a full bespoke service to a diverse range of clientele, they maintain a strong client focused approach which has found great success since conception. This is why they are looking to add to their close-knit and dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.
In this role, you will immediately engage in hands-on work, traveling to various sites across the country with senior team members to conduct site inspections. Following each inspection, you will be responsible for compiling detailed reports that identify any defects or issues within the properties. Additionally, you will receive mentorship and shadow experienced surveyors, gradually taking on the responsibility of providing technical support to on-site teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or junior Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in building surveying who is looking to kickstart their career, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to different sites nationwide.
