In this role - you will be fully trained to procure new business and schedule meetings for the sales teams. You will be working within the phone team, and your duties will consist of cold calling, objection handling, qualifying leads and updating CRM systems. You will also receive monthly commission based on meeting-booked targets - which are both achievable and lucrative!

This is the perfect role for someone with no experience looking to kick-start their career in sales and business development. You will be driven by career progression, looking to receive full training and guidance, and be hungry to supplement your earnings through a lucrative commission structure.

The Role:

  • Cold calling prospective businesses and developing key stakeholders.
  • Developing business and booking in meetings for the sales teams.
  • Introducing my clients' services, including handling objections on engagement.
  • Sales administration with CRM tracking.
  • Full training provided on all aspects of the role.
  • Hybrid working - with up to 3 days from home.
