Excellent opportunity for a BIM Technician to join a reputable, successful multidisciplinary group in a leadership role heading up a team of technicians and working across a huge variety of projects from the water, industrial and infrastructure sector where you will have a direct impact on the quality and performance of the business.

This well established group of companies offer a contractor and consultancy design and build service to the environmental engineering sector working across major frameworks in the industrial, water and infrastructure sectors. With presence across the UK , this reputable business have projects nationwide with a pipeline of major landmark projects in the works. Due to this increase in work they are looking for a Lead BIM Technician to serve as a crucial link between technicians and higher management with the goal of enhancing overall work quality.
In this role you will be based from the Leeds office with frequent travel between sites and to the Peterborugh office. You will head up a team of 10 Technicians and bridge the gap between technicians and higher management. Your purpose is to ultimately improve overall quality of work and company performance towards BIM 3 standards. You will be responsible for mentoring and overseeing a team of technicians, offering advice and ensuring technical standards are met. This role will also require you to take the technical lead on projects as and when required which may be permanent, temporary or construction support projects.
This role is suited to a highly dynamic BIM Technician who is proficient with REVIT and wanting to take a leadership role offering the opportunity to improve team and company performance. You will need to be a team player, have aspirations to grow a team and happy to work on ever-evolving projects. A full UK Licence will be required for travel.
