Lead CNC Programmer
£42,000 - £45,000 + Management Training + Progression + Overtime + Monday - Friday days + Benefits

You will be working for a multi-million pound manufacturer of Industrial Machinery. They operate from a modern facility with a close-knit and skilled team.
In this Monday - Friday days based position, you will be managing a fully-equipped and well invested workshop. You will oversee a team of CNC machinists ensuring quality, continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing.
This role would suit an experienced Machinist looking to step up into a Senior role where you will build and develop your own team and processes through autonomy and flexibility.
The Role.
- Monday-Friday (8am - 4pm).
- Workshop based role.
- Management of CNC / Machinist team.
- Oversee quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing processes.
