This world-leading engineering company is revolutionizing the renewable energy, power electronics, R&D, and engineering industries. They are launching a state-of-the-art green facility designed to house advanced manufacturing and cutting-edge R&D projects that will positively impact the world on a global scale.
You will oversee an $800 million green facility construction project designed to house cutting-edge renewable energy R&D and manufacturing operations. Spanning 490,000 square feet, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the project from start to finish. This includes managing authority and government negotiations, securing necessary permits, coordinating the construction process, and overseeing the procurement and installation of advanced equipment.

The Person:
- 9+ years in Construction Project Management
- Experience managing similar scale projects
- End to end delivery (Including permitting /Local authorities / Negotiate with governments)
- Must live near Plano, Texas and able to come to site Monday to Friday
