Lead Software Engineer - Backend & Applied ML
Base: $200,000 to $240,000 + Equity + Health Benefits + PTO + Leadership Progression

Within this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of sophisticated anomaly detection systems and the building of ML pipelines to analyze handwritten clinical notes and to automate recommendations. In addition, you will be scaling systems to process large volumes of healthcare records whilst maintaining strict security and compliance requirements.

The Role
* Design and implement sophisticated anomaly detection systems to identify fraudulent or abusive providers
* Build ML pipelines to analyze handwritten clinical notes and automate recommendations for clinical reviewers
* Scale systems to process millions of healthcare records while maintaining strict security and compliance requirements
The Person:
* Strong experience with Django, Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
* Applied ML expertise
* Previous startup experience
