Are you a Maintenance Engineer from an Industrial or Commercial background that has experience guiding or leading a team of Engineers, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role that offers a clear scope of progression to senior management level roles, in addition to having unlimited paid overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings?

On offer is a role that will provide industry leading training, with the scope of you to become a multi-skilled Engineering Team leader that is a leader in your field, alongside having a fantastic work-life balance working 38 hours a week, including lunch breaks, on day shifts, with no weekend work or call outs.

This company are a blue chip specialist in plastic piping manufacturing, that have built up a fantastic reputation for what they do and how they treat their staff. Now they are a public business that has over 1,000 employees, they are looking to expand their work-force.

This role would suit someone with a strong Maintenance background within the Industrial or Commercial sector that has experience leading a team, that is looking for the next step in their career, working for a business that will provide them a clear development path up to senior management, working within a blue chip business, all whilst having a fantastic work-life balance.

The Role:
*Utilisation of the engineering team to carry out planned, scheduled and unplanned maintenance.
*Follow the agreed schedule to complete planned engineering work.
*Support/advise the Engineering Co-ordinator in the final planning of the Engineering Work Schedule.
*Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 2pm

The Candidate:
*Maintenance experience
*Industrial or commercial experience
*Experience leading Engineers
