The role:
- Lead and manage a small of survey technicians on a variety of projects
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in field data collection and surveying task
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of surveying projects, ensuring safety and compliance
The Person:
- Experienced in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying equipment
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to meet project deadlines
