This niche commercial property consultancy have amassed a successful reputation, working with renowned blue chip clients across the UK and have been recognised with awards by Build Magazine. Due to growth, they are currently seeking an additional M&E Consultant to join the business.
In this role you will be working on the end to end management and assessment of all M&E aspects of the varied building service projects. The role will include aspects of M&E diagnosis, surveying, creation of technical design specs, cost analysis and lifecycle planning to appraise projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically interesting projects from cradle to grave, working for an award winning consultancy who invest in staff with ongoing training and development.
