They are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager at their Oxford managed site to lead multi-million-pound construction and FM projects.
In this role, you'll be creating a high quality workmanship on site. You'll be overseeing the delivery of M&E projects on site - with this, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of technical projects, including project planning, H&S compliance, project progress reporting all the way through to completion of projects.

THE ROLE:
*Managing all aspects of Construction M&E Projects
*Attending client meetings re. planning, pre-starts, progress and completion of projects
*Main contact between the business, client and stakeholders
*Based in Didcot
THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Project Management role
*Experience working with NEC 4 Contracts
*Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
*Background in Civil/Structural/M&E projects
