The organisation
In this role you will be working with level 1 and level 2 apprenticeships who are going through the maintenance engineering apprenticeship. Your role will be train, coach and mentor highly motivated junior maintenance engineers who are looking to become level 3 qualified and times served.
The ideal candidate will be a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment who wants to move into an education based role. Candidates will need either the NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

The role:
*Working with apprentices who are going through their maintenance engineering apprenticeship.
*Full training provided
*Teaching mechanical maintenance engineering principles.
The person:
*Maintenance engineering background.
*Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
