Maintenance Manager
£55,000 - £65,000 + Monday to Friday + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Bonus

Are you a multiskilled engineer from a manufacturing background looking for an autonomous role with an industry leading manufacturer, where you will play a key role in the company's success?
On offer is this Monday to Friday, days-based role, managing a small team of engineers and ensuring continuous improvement. Whilst being heavily invested in your career development, through ongoing training.
This market leading company are a subsidiary of a global multinational US business, who are dominating the packaging industry. Due to further expansion, they are looking for an ambitious individual to help grow the department.
You will take a hands-on approach assisting with the maintenance of all production machinery, whilst coordinating 2 maintenance engineers ensuring continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes.
This would suit a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to step up into a management position with a successful and growing business offering plenty of training and development.
The Role:
- Managing a team of 2 engineers.
