$90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Medical + Dental + Vision + Holidays + PTO
Are you a Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to move into leadership and progress your career further into management and directorship?

The role:
- Hands on maintenance of the facility
- Leading a team of 12 maintenance techs
- Looking for future progression into management
- 1st shift - 3:30 am to 12 :30 pm
The candidate:
- Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Looking for leadership positions
- Ideally speak English and Spanish (this is not essential)
