Maintenance Supervisor / Manager

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager looking for a varied, hands-on position working a for an international market leader in the food industry?
Do you want the chance to lead a team of maintenance technicians through a variety of maintenance projects, with skill development, future progression and great earning potential on offer?
In this position you will lead the maintenance department across preventative and predictive maintenance programs, you will develop maintenance schedules, manage inventory, parts and equipment, as well as work cross functionally with engineering teams to install brand new equipment. This position is a hands-on role working 1st shift Monday to Friday.

The Position:
- Lead the maintenance department (7) through preventative and predictive maintenance programs within a food manufacturing organization
- Work across new manufacturing equipment installations and building maintenance
- Manage inventory, parts and departmental budgets
- Training, career progression, bonus amongst other company benefits on offer
The Person:
- Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
- Manufacturing or production background (people from food or beverage are encouraged to apply)
- Degree in either engineering, maintenance or similar is preferred
