In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machinery, robotic automation, and PLC systems to keep production running smoothly. You'll have the chance to lead improvement projects, optimize processes, ensuring high-performance standards across multiple production lines.
The Role:
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, robotics, and PLC-based manufacturing systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Lead installation, setup, and optimization of machining equipment.
- Overtime available (paid after 45 hours worked)!
The Person:
- Strong experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Looking for long-term stability, excellent benefits, and career progression.
- Comfortable with 3rd shift ($1p/h shift premium offered).
