Maintenance Mechanic (4-day week, days)
Norristown, PA
$65,000 - $75,000 + Overtime + Great Benefits Package + 3-weeks PTO

This company are a specialist manufacturer of technical products used across a multitude of exciting sectors. With operations spread across multiple sites, they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are continually investing into all locations. As a result, they are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the company through an exciting new phase of growth.
In this role you will work Monday - Thursday, with some overtime work on Friday's paid at an enhanced rate. Working within a highly-skilled team, you will conduct troubleshooting tasks across the plant, as well as setting of precision machinery.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar maintenance role and have good mechanical skills.

The Role:
- Troubleshooting on a range of mechanical machinery
- Setting/tuning of machinery
- 40-hour, 4-day week (Overtime on Friday's)
- Early shift - 5:30am - 4pm

- Previous experience in a maintenance role
- Mechanical skillset
- Ability to work early shifts
