$120,000 - $160,000 + 20% Bonus + Progression to Director + Training + Flexible Hours + PTO + Holiday + Exceptional Benefits (70% Paid)

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic company. You will lead diverse projects, both large and small, across four manufacturing sites in the United States. Reporting directly to the CEO and VPs, you'll play a pivotal role in driving positive change, continuously optimizing efficiencies and refining processes across the plants.
This role is ideal for a Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management skills, looking for a fast-paced position with extensive travel and a clear path to Directorship.
