The role would suit a manufacturing or mechanical engineer eager to step into a pivotal role in which you will operate as a one-person department, taking full ownership of critical training and process
improvements.
The Role:
- Developing and delivering training plans and SOPs for production.
- R&D for new product lines and systems.
- Structured 90-day training and onboarding program.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
