Manufacturing Manager

$70,000 - $85,000 + Training + Medical + Dental + Vision + 2 Weeks PTO + 10 Holidays

This specialist manufacturing company is looking to expand their reach in the Florida market. Due to their high-quality products, they're hiring a manufacturing manager to drive excellence across the department.
The role would suit a supervisor or team lead with manufacturing or production experience looking for managerial progression.
The role:
- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
- Create and follow schedules to ensure deadlines are met by the production team
- Manage inventory of components and materials
- Identify and solve quality issues
- Lead and develop the production team
The Candidate:
- Supervisor / leader from a manufacturing or production background
- Looking to take full responsibility of the production team
- Experience with inventory management is desirable
- Experience with safety and quality
