Are you seeking a technically challenging, highly autonomous position where you will spearhead the launch of a brand new product line for specialist garments supplied to the US Military?
On offer is the chance to lead the manufacture of market leading products for a new project with an organization that is heavily investing into the business alongside ambitious growth plans.
In this position you will play a vital role in the design, development and manufacture of highly technical, market leading garments for the military. You will lead efforts to launch a new product line for a leading manufacturer with full autonomy to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures. You will work cross functionally with engineering teams and will have the chance to progress your career, receive a relocation package, bonuses and unlimited PTO to name a few.
This opportunity would suit someone from apparel or garment manufacturing, looking to autonomously lead and implement manufacturing processes for an industry leading organization.
The Position:
* Play a key role in the launch of a brand new, highly technical product line supplied to the US military
* Opportunity to develop and shape the development of manufacturing/ production operations
* Work cross functionally with engineering teams across a variety of challenging projects

The Person:
* Manufacturing or production engineering background
* Able to establish and develop production or manufacturing processes in apparel, garment or textile manufacturing
* Willing to relocate to Florida (relocation package provided)
