$60,000 - 80,000 + Full Benefits Package + 401K + PTO + Medical care

The company are an established organisation that operate across multiple sectors of construction, providing new construction & renovation services to clients in Maryland & this role will require you to lead the development & production of professional proposals & presentations, manage & maintain digital filing systems, manage & maintain a database of leads, coordinate ribbon cuttings, ground breakings etc. Assembly of technical proposal materials. Maintain & build relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Marketing Coordinator looking for a company that operates as a close knit team on exciting projects. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically & become an expert in marketing & business development.
Role:
- Lead the development & production of professional proposals
- Engage in company operations & personnel subject matters
- Assist with the production of interview materials
- Manage & maintain company sales database

- Experienced working with a construction company
- Experienced in a marketing role
- Local to Owing Mills
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
