This highly successful organization specialize in a variety of machining and engineering solutions, focusing on high-quality, custom projects for a wide variety of industries.
In this role, you will undertake a 1-to-1, tailored training program with a Senior Program Manager, really developing your skills enabling you to grow into a Program Manager, where you will then undertake a variety of interesting tasks, such as liaising with the customer and working closely with the Manufacturing, Sales, Program & Project teams to provide solutions and results!
This role would suit a motivated Engineer from a Die Casting or Injection Molding background, looking for full training and progression into a Program Manager as part of a company that truly value and invest in their employees!
The role:
- 1-2-1 Tailored training program with a Senior Program Manager
- Liaising with customers understanding their project / program requirements
- Working closely with the Manufacturing, Design, Sales and Project teams
- Monday - Friday (Days based role, 40 hour week)
The person:
- Die Casting (ideal) or at least an Injection Molding background
- Associates Degree
- Looking for genuine progression opportunities
