Mechanical Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
Newport News, Virginia (Commutable from: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Williamsburg, Norfolk, Gloucester, Virginia Beach, Suffolk)
$80,000 - $90,000 + Training + Progression + 4 Days On / 4 Days Off + Days Based + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with Assembly experience, looking to join a stable company, offering a great work life balance through a days based role and a 4 days on, 4 days off working schedule?

This company is growing rapidly and have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline. They are now looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to work on a local site and troubleshoot large machinery.
In this role you will be working 12 hour shifts in a team of 7 skilled technicians. You will be conducting assembly, disassembly, and mechanical troubleshooting on massive machines. This role will also involve mechanical observations to suggest fixture improvements.
This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with Assembly experience, looking for a great work life balance through a days based role and a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, alongside lots of hands-on training.
The Role:
* Work in a team of 7 skilled technicians
* Conduct assembly, disassembly, and mechanical troubleshooting on large machines
