Are you an Operations Manager from a Manufacturing background, looking to play a highly influential role, steering the ship for a global manufacturing company? Are you eager to take on a position in which you will be able to choose the direction of an organization?
On offer is an autonomous, senior leadership position in which you will put your stamp on the whole business, developing the plants current staff and shaping the future workforce, whilst liaising with all departments and reporting directly to the President.
This company are a well-established metal manufacturer working globally with blue-chip clients, servicing a multitude of industries including aerospace, agriculture and logistics. The company are world renowned for their innovative, custom-built solutions, collaborating with a long-term international customer base.
This role would suit an Operations Manager or Director of Operations with Manufacturing experience, looking to make a substantial impression on the overall performance of a business whilst coordinating multiple departments and taking the lead on organizational management.
The Role:
- Multi-department coordination (Production, Sales, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Quality).
- Leading cross-departmental meetings and able to take control of the direction of the company.
- Training the current workforce as well as playing a huge part in the shaping of the future workforce.
The Candidate:
- Operations Management experience in Manufacturing.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related curriculum, preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of Production Scheduling and Planning.
