Operations Manager (Progression to Directorship)
£65,000 - £70,000 + Progression to Director + Extensive Training + Car or Car Allowance + 9% Employer Pension + Private Health + Autonomy
Site Based commutable from Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Aberdare and surrounding areas.

On offer is an Operations Manager role working for a leading specialist manufacturer where you will take full responsibility for the site operations including production, finishing, distribution and quality and have a clear line to progress your career into directorship.
This role would suit an Operations / Production Manager with a background in welding and fabrication within the manufacturing or production industry and is looking to take the next step in their career into senior leadership.
